What we do...

JS&T will consult with clients on their idea and determine its feasibility. Consulting is an ongoing process of advising the client of different possibilities and options available.

bullet Non-disclosure agreements
Until the client’s idea is protected, JS&T will not reveal any information to outside parties without the client’s consent and a signed non-disclosure agreement.

bullet Idea protection
We consult with clients and teach them how to fill out and maintain invalueable documents such as inventor notebooks to protect their idea through the patent process.

bullet Research
JS&T will research the idea to ensure that it doesn’t already exist and will be a safe option for consumers.

bullet Patents
With our expertise, we can recommend legal assistance when needed. We work with several patent and trademark attorneys.

What we can help with...

bullet Development
This is the longest phase of the process and is dependent upon the complexity of the product idea. JS&T can help clients with:
• CAD drawings
• Prototypes
• Electronic demonstrations
• Testing

bullet Manufacturing
We will help with contacting potential manufacturers and with obtaining quotes. JS&T has contacts in the US, China and other regions.

bullet Packaging
JS&T can assist with logo design and end-product packaging—including obtaining a UPC code for retail sales.

bullet Marketing
During this final phase, a market analysis is done to find companies for either retail or licensing of the product. We will assist in determining the best option for the product, set up an LLC to protect client assets, and help market your product.

bullet Project status
Throughout the entire process, JS&T will maintain project status sheets to help keep our clients aware of timelines and costs incurred. Either party can cancel services at any time. Refunds cannot be given on services or work already performed and completed.
